Program Objectives
- To provide graduates the range of skills required to effectively
analyze business requirements for IT and design and implement the
infrastructure for business solutions based on the Microsoft Windows®
2003 platform and Microsoft server software.
- To equip graduates to install, configure and administer the Microsoft
Windows 2003 Active Directory service and design a Microsoft Windows
2003 directory services infrastructure.
- To familiarize graduates with the strategies needed to design the
Active Directory structure of an organization and equip them to design
the Active Directory structure to meet those needs.
- To give graduates an understanding of how networking concepts are
implemented in Windows 2003 and familiarize graduates with network
solution technologies including DHCP, IP, OSPF, RIP and IGMP.
- To equip graduates to install and configure Windows 2003 server
and install, configure, manage and support a network infrastructure
that uses Microsoft Windows 2003 server.
- To provide graduates the knowledge and skills needed to design a
security framework for small, medium and enterprise networks by using
Microsoft Windows 2003 technologies.
