Enterprise Architecture

Certificate Program

The certificates in Federal Enterprise Architecture (Framework) [FEA(F)] and Department of Defense Architecture Framework [DoDAF] are professional practitioner programs that cover enterprise architecture as mandated, used and applied in the federal government. They also apply to all supporting contractors and state and local Government entities.

Both programs were developed by the FEAC Institute of Washington D.C. and are offered by the FEAC Institute in cooperation with California State University, East Bay's Division of Continuing and International Education. Coursework is presented via two in-class sessions at FEAC's training center in Northern Virginia, with the balance of work completed over FEAC's Virtual University System.

Program Objectives

  • To provide graduates with the knowledge and practical experience necessary to successfully implement and manage an enterprise architecture program.
  • To prepare graduates to take the Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) examination for national certification.
